Committee Documents

As required by the 2004 Conditional Use Permit, the committee must make an annual accounting of its activities to the St. Paul City Council and the Department of Planning and Economic Development.  The 2004-05 annual report and the 2005-06 annual report can be viewed by clicking on the appropriate place in the left hand column of this page.
